    why is everyone so concerned about weight? getting heavier is a good thing, it means you have a higher basal metabolic rate! what you want to be observant of is your BODY FAT PERCENTAGE and perhaps muscle mass percentage. Just because your losing weight doesnt mean its entirely beneficial for you.

    You obviously don’t have a clue what you’re talking about and have already decided that you and not the experts are correct on the subject of weight-loss/weight-maintenance so there is no point in arguing with you.

    All I will say is, you can’t gain 7lbs of fat in 2 days unless you ate over 7lbs of pure animal fat.

    p.s. Fat is nothing but stored calories so your comment is rather asinine in dismissing calorie intake as an accurate way to lose/maintain ones weight.

    Same here. I put on 20pds in five months and although I’m working out 3-5x a week, zippo weight loss. Talk about disgusted. :-( .

    I believe the lack of eating a balance die is the reason why I haven’t loss any weight.

    About the water weight stuff. One pint of ANY pure liquid is equal to one pound. I, personally, drink about a gallon of water per day. I refill a 25 ounce Aquafina bottle five times per day from my faucet water filter. I just round the 125 ounces up to 128 to consider it a full gallon. That full gallon of water is exactly EIGHT pounds of weight…and most of it is not excreted from my body until the next day when I urinate in the morning.

    I basically lose and gain eight pounds per day.

    yes its gotta be “water weight” . Most of all bodies is water weight. The sad truth is, once you get fat in the first place, you gain weight again very quickly, and NOT just by eating a few hundred extra calories. Calories just do not add up when talking about weight gain. You gain a lot more weight very quickly than calories alone would indicate.

    That’s probably water weight.. no way you can gain 7lbs of fat or muscle for that matter, in just two days. Not even if you ate everything on the McDonald’s menu and drank alcohol until you were comatose.

    Tell this guy weight gain DOES happen fast. Or at least — regaining weight DOES in FACT happen very fast. The sad truth about getting fat in the first place – your body will rebound back to that weight VERY quickly — 2-3 lbs a day regain isn’t unusual. I regained 7 lbs in two days, and didn’t eat that much, and worked hard putting on a roof that weekend. Once you lose any weight, you MUST be very observant and contientious to avoid regaining it.

    Weight gain seems to be faster. I gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It takes me like 6 weeks to take that off.

    WOW!u r realy amazing & nice videos man! could you please explain to me if it’s okay w/ what i’m doing (i’m athletic but just gain a few pounds when i was recovering from my knee injury).i’m on a diet for 40 days & i’m just eating fruits and 1g fat tuna for protein, no bread or any processed food, and doing aerobics n intense weight lifting. Do u think the lost pounds will be gained fast even if i eat moderately after da diet when I still follow the same exercise routine?
