Do I have to include the calories negative calorie foods in my calorie count when dieting?

I’m trying to eat 1200 calories a day. But I can eat negative calorie foods in addition to my 1200 calories without adding calories to my account, since they are “negative calorie” (I’ve seen some diets that allow these in unlimited quantities)
