The only problem is I have idea of what they do and I&#8217;m very impatient (how long until the results to see). Thanks for your help.</p>

I basically did not get the excess fat that is, which is not a case of losing the fat to make them more visible, I just need ellos.Entonces tone, what should I exercise, how long, how many times a week etc. And how long do you think will it take for my abs to be visible and my biceps to be a decent size. I do not want to be really muscular or anything, because I think that&#8217;s just weird and stuff. I would like a better toned body:) Thanks:)</p>

<h2>THE DANGERS OF âCRASH DIETSâ</h2>
<p>As much as we might like for there to be, there is unfortunately no such thing as &#8220;losing weight while you sleep&#8221; or any of the other dramatic promises commonly made by less-than-honest diet plans.</p>
<p>While &#8220;crash diets&#8221; can make you &#8220;lose weight,&#8221; the weight you lose tends to be lean muscle and water. Once you stop, the water weight will go right back on and the lost muscle will depress your metabolism, making your body store more calories as fat. People who are constantly going on and off the latest fad diets are not only wasting time and money, but also putting their health in danger, since many of these diets include no real nutrition.</p>
<p>Once you begin eating normally after a &#8220;crash diet,&#8221; your body is so starved for nutrients, and your metabolism is so deeply entrenched in &#8220;starvation mode,&#8221; that it will hang on to every last bit of body fat it can conserve in preparation for the next time you starve yourself.</p>
<p>The end result is that you are likely to actually gain weight over the long term, rather than lose it, and your self-esteem will take a beating along with your waistline. This works well for companies that are happy to sell you on the next fad diet plan, but it will not work very well for you if you are concerned with actually losing weight and keeping it off.</p>
<p>For actual weight loss, you need a realistic meal plan, not a fad diet. While a meal plan will not deliver results overnight, you will lose more weight (and keep it off) in a given period of time than any two crash dieters put together, and you will not be forced to starve yourself or risk your health in the process.</p>
<p>If you are unsure about how to put a healthy meal plan together, consult a nutritionist who can help put together a custom plan that will meet your needs. Otherwise, there are many books available on the subject that can help. Above all, you should try to eat frequent sall meals and drink plenty of water, while eating more fiber. Even if you only followed those simple recommendations, without learning anything more, you would be ahead of the 60% of American adults who are estimated to be chronically overweight or obese.</p>

<h2>Traverus Travel Invites You To A Verus Product Launch</h2>
<p>Traverus Travel has had many milestones this year with their new life enhancing product line Verus, a better paying compensation plan and a new Travel and Lifestyle magazine. CEO David Manning will be sharing more about these great changes as well as more exciting changes in the works. Traverus Travel is inviting all their reps, customers and curious people to a Verus Product Launch near you.</p>
<p>The first Verus Product Launch took place on March 14, 2009 a Saturday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. in Orlando, FL. The event was held at The Florida Hotel and Conference Center. In attendance were David Manning, CEO and members of the Field Leadership Team; Mark Campese (National Sales Trainer), Dottie Smith, Melanie Milletics and Ty Jackson.</p>
<p>All attendees received a copy of the new Travel and Lifestyle magazine published by Traverus.&nbsp; The magazine highlights leaders&#8217; experiences, travel benefits, and the new life enhancing Verus product line. Attendees heard David Manning and other leaders speak about the changes that have recently taken place in Traverus and those on the horizon. Agents from all over the US, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas came to celebrate.</p>
<p>David Manning asked Rich Vicente(Las Vegas CEO of eTraverus), Paul Skulitz (National Executive from Venice, FL) and Danny Suarez (Leader of Hispanic market in Puerto Rico and FL) to join the Field Leadership Team. Danny Suarez will be working closely with Rich Vicente to translate the websites and presentations of eTraverus into Spanish.</p>
<p>The Travel and Lifestyle magazine will also be translated into Spanish, and a new edition will be published to spotlight Hispanic leaders. CEO David Manning and Traverus realize there is a huge market of Spanish speaking entrepreneurs as well as travelers and they are working to cater both to expand their market reach.</p>
<p>The event was video-recorded by Ty Jackson who will be taking the compiled footage and creating DVDs that will highlight the experience of the leaders during the transformation of Traverus. This will give those who were unable to attend the inside scoop and experience.</p>
<p>Another major change announced was by Rich Vicente of eTraverus (Traverus&#8217;s marketing system) who will be moving eTraverus &lsquo;in house&#8217; to the Traverus corporate offices in Plano, TX. This move will help the two entities to work closely together and fine tune the eTraverus marketing system. Some of the changes will be creating flash presentations for the new Verus product line as well as the new 3D compensation plan.</p>
<p>When David Manning showed attendees the new 3D compensation plan benefits many were amazed at how much more money they would be receiving. The larger payouts were made possible by Traverus integrating their new product line Verus.</p>
<p>The Verus line of products was unveiled for the first time. With the unveiling came a flood of testimonials from those who got to participate in the test market for the product line. The product line currently includes the following:</p>

<p>An epidemic is raging in our state: the obesity epidemic. Across South Dakota, the number of overweight and obese individuals is rapidly increasing. <strong>In the Mount Rushmore State almost 63% of adults are overweight or obese.</strong> </p>
<p></p>
<p>This epidemic is costing South Dakotans more than just their health &ndash; it&rsquo;s costing them money. According to recent data from the U.S. Public Health Service Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the cost <em>to the taxpayer</em> for obesity-related expenditures in our state amounts to over <strong>$195 million</strong> annually.</p>
<p></p>
<p>And of course the costs of obesity are not limited to dollars and cents.<strong> People die from obesity (and related </strong>illnesses called <strong>co-morbidities) every day. </strong>Thousands of South Dakotans with diabetes, cancer, heart conditions, and hypertension suffer as a result these obesity-related illnesses.&nbsp; </p>
<p><strong>Obesity Defined</strong></p>
<p></p>
<p><strong><br />A person who is significantly above their healthy weight is said to be obese.</strong>&nbsp; Healthy weight is calculated in terms of individual <strong>body mass index (BMI)</strong>, but actuarial tables generated from insurance industry statistics are used to determine the actual healthy weight in pounds for persons of various ages, builds, and heights. Your doctor can go over these data with you to determine if you are obese, clinically overweight, or at a healthy weight.</p>
<p></p>
<p>Many of those suffering from obesity have tried everything to lose weight &ndash; celebrity diets, brutal exercise regimens, even those snake-oil &ldquo;medicines&rdquo; advertised on late-night TV. Some who have tried these methods have lost weight, true, but many others have accomplished nothing other than ruining their health.</p>
<p></p>
<p>Gimmicks are not a safe weight loss option. The only safe way to lose weight is to eat less and become more physically active. Medically-supervised diet and lifestyle modification programs are the ideal way to do this. For some, however, education, counseling, support, and willpower are not enough. Weight loss surgery stands as their weapon of last resort in the war against obesity. </p>

<p><strong><br />The Surgical Option</strong></p>

<p>When all else fails, doctors can counter a patient&rsquo;s obesity by physically limiting the amount of food &ndash; and thus calories &ndash; that he or she can consume. Surgical weight loss &ndash; also known as<strong> bariatric surgery &#8212; </strong>has been proven to help ease (and in some cases completely resolve) obesity-related health problems, as well as lessening their chances of developing weight-related health problems in the future. The procedures (there are three types) are performed under general anesthesia, most laparoscopically. </p>
<p><strong>Making the decision</strong></p>
<p></p>
<p>Weight loss surgery is not a cure-all for being fat. <strong>Patients must be prepared for a complete change in lifestyle for the surgery to have the desired long-term effect.</strong> Those patients who fail to follow postoperative instructions may regain any weight lost. These operations also involve certain risks, which include infection, nutritional deficiencies, ulcers, hernias, and gallstones. <strong>Obese patients should always consult with their physician before making any decision regarding surgical weight loss.</strong></p>

<p>We South Dakotans are an individualistic people. Each of us must seek our own best method of staying at a healthy weight. For some, weight loss surgery is that method.
