    I agree regarding the failing dietary recommendations failing to curtail heart disease.But the doc jumps on the animal fat demonizing bandwagon.GRASS-fed livestock have the richest fat soluble vitamins important in neolithic times,yet we should avoid it now?A big factor in heart disease is vegetable oils.The processed heat treated oils and not the traditionals like olive. Our great grandparents cooked with lard, including raw butter, yet heart disease made up 8% of mortality in the early 1900s.

    I have been doing alot of reading and research on the same topics you talk about in your video and have posted my own views on this site. Sugar is our greatest poison today and i am strongly opposed to vaccinations. It’s great to see that this information is getting out there. Keep up the great work and look forward to more videos.

    This man- to keep the pharmaceutical criminals off his back and to tell us the truth about the state of our food is absolutely admirable.
    Got both of his books “Excitotoxins” and “Health and Nutrition Secrets thet could save your life” which I have to say is an absolute must read.
