    OK how about someone who has experience with P90X actually answer your question. I get so tired of people just trying to spam, by faking answers.

    Anyway, since you say you already have very little fat, I would recommend skipping the first phase of the nutritional guide. After all the First Phase is called the Fat Shredder Phase.

    I am currently following a program called the Abs Diet, which isn’t really a diet, but more of a way of life. As far as packing on muscle, low reps high weight and lots of protein.
