I would recommend a eating a lot of everything. Eat a lot of protein especially since you want muscle. Also, I would recommend an everyday workout plan if you want to gain muscle. Such as running for 30 minutes and then working on arms, legs, shoulders, chest, and back. Don’t forget stretching before and after. Also remember cool-downs and warm-ups, these are very helpful for the body.

I will tell you exactly how to do this. Because I’m 5′10 and I use to weigh 135, and now I weigh 195 and have very little fat. The secret is not in the work out it is in the food you eat. Someone your size needs to do exactly this. Eat five meals a day, at least. Each meal must contain 35 grams of protein. Like this.
8 am. Five Jumbo eggs scrambled
11 am. 10 ounce chicken breast broiled
2 pm. 1 can starkist solid white tuna (eat straight out of can)
4 pm. 10 ounce chicken breast broiled

Eat that with lots of carbs and healthy fats. You will need the fat and carbs with the protein to build lean muscle mass. Yes I know that sound disgusting but how bad do you want it. All the while working out with weights. High weight and low rep workouts, constantly changing your workouts. You don’t need to buy any magic pills. Study workout methods everywhere you can. Never ever eat fast food. Buy yourself some free weights and don’t lie to yourself about going to the gym every day. You are going to have to workout all the time. You will see significant changes in 3 months. It will take two years to build 200 pounds of lean muscle mass. I make all six of my meals every morning after my work out. Read and study the labels on everything you eat. Or you could just start drinking beer and eating mcdonalds and get a beer belly. So you can be embarrassed to take your shirt of in-front of a girl. It’s every mans choice.
