GNC supplements for weight loss..?

I am wondering if someone could advice me on using GNC supplements for weight reduction. I specifically wanted to know if someone has any experience with these and whether they cause some side effects that I should be aware of. The website claims that these supplements enhance metabolism rate, when one is exercising, thereby helping reduce weight.

For me I use Atro phex. It works great for me.No jitters no sickness it gives me energy, and i have lost 4 pounds on it and i started it tuesday
