Difficult to Shed Last Pounds?

Metabolism

Is it really harder to shed the last pounds?
I’m at 117 right now.
My goal is to be at least 110 or a little below by the end of the summer but I’ve heard many people say that this is the time frame when things get difficult to lose the last pounds.
I’m wondering if it’s true and if I should push myself a little bit more than usual?
I usually jog in the mornings before breakfast and I drink water and diet green tea everyday. Then I usually go to basketball and get into my real cardio workout there. I already know about the small 5 meals a day to accelerate your metabolism and all of that stuff.

I need some tips to help me get where I want to be. I’m up to anything you have to say. Please, don’t say the acai berry or anything of that sort because I’ve heard about them and I don’t have the time to buy it or anything.

Thank you if you do comment. <3

you should push yourself harder (but do the same exact things, just try a little more, {like run faster and try harder at basketball}) because your body is already used to the exercices you do so it does notmake you sweat as much

  1. If your body is used to your exercises, you won’t lose anymore weight. So if you’ve been doing that program for a while, vary it up a bit or push yourself a little more.
