  2. Sorry, but as a fat nurse, I can tell you that none of them work. They can have weird side effects as well… Looking at the study data, you see that the most effective are the ones that "control" the hormone cortisol. However, the average weight loss attributable to just the supplement is under 4 pounds… and that's the best you will get. This, by the way, comes from their own studies. They just make sure that's in the really fine print…

  3. I feel there is more of a need to discourage the taking of a weight loss supplement.
    They are not produced with the best interest of the people but with the interest of making money.
    There is so much out there that is natural and healthy that works and lets people live long and healthy life's.
