  2. Repeat 3-4 times per day, right? Or not? Because some exercises say repeat 2-3 times per week! That’s not much. . ,

  4. help plank for 50 secs :D yes after doing all the rest and other workouts b3fore. !

  5. I had never so much sweat, I have been exercising daily for 40 minutes at home with squats 7 months ago and all but 15 minutes I was sweating like a pig. . a great workout!
