The big problem with the metabolism to promote these products is to increase the metabolism for a while, then when you stop taking them, your metabolism decreases less than before. The best way to increase your metabolism (believe it or not) is to eat smaller meals about 6 times a day. Reasonable, healthy small meals increase metabolism. If you do not eat, your body goes into starvation mode. When this happens, the body stops burning fat for energy. Muscle will burn before it starts burning fat. The protein is a great metabolism booster.
