Thanks, I’ll trust your experience and start working on incorporating those raw cruciferous vedgies to my eating diet.
Have a nice day!
I found some of the same articles on the web, but heres whats interesting. Ive had clients, one was a UCLA medical doctor, who have had thyroid issues, and one even had hers removed, go through my program without any affect on their thyroid function.
Hey!
I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and they’ve all been so helpful! Thank you. I was just wondering though, I heard that eating raw cruciferous vegetables could interfere with the thyroïd hormone and cause hypothyroidism symptoms. I’m just curious to know if you’ve ever heard such a thing or if this information I received was completely erroneous.
Thank you for taking time to help us out there
I’ve been watching this video&give it a thought for a while. But I’m gonna starting my raw cruciferous veggies diet today.
I used to eat meat all the time&never liked veggies, but when I was desperate to lose weight I tried to become a vegetarian for a week, 3 days after I became a vegetarian I don’t like meat anymore.
I’ve been a vegetarian for a year, my metabolism got way better but now not as fast as when I just started becoming a vegetarian. So I’m gonna start the raw cruciferous diet today
@choosing2lose I 100% empathize with you. I eat my cruciferous veggies like it’s a job. But here’s a solution I discovered. Seek out your local raw food or vegan restaurant. Those places know how to make raw veggies taste AMAZING! Find a cruciferous veggie-filled dish that you love and replicate it. Hanging out at those places will get you plugged in to people and workshops that teach how to make unbelievably tasty raw food meals. I hope that helps, and let me know what you find! -Thomas
What can I do if I do not like cruciferous vegetables? My metabolism is usually fairly high (14% above the average for the last time he tried, but has not been as high as 80% above average) so maybe you can skip this task of action? : D Anything else I can do?
ur hot!
If you refuse to eat their vegetables, could be why you’re fat.
Love eating radishes and cabbage, wish they were around all year round. . .
okay, Im going to give it a go, and I already have some of this in my fridge!
Why are only the most positive, courteous, and the most refreshing and high-energy person I’ve seen on YouTube in a less powerful tiempo.Echo eat whatever you want. Show me your ways Thomas. Show me your ways.
Very good. . . I’m not that adventurous when it comes to my veggies and this list really only enjoy more broccoli. Yikes. No bueno.Mantenga the videos coming!
