If I were to take whey protein but not work out (theoretically) would all that excess protein get turned into fat??

furthermore, does taking whey protein help speed up the fat burning process?

so would it be a good substitute for lets say breakfast? and an evening snack? thanks!!
also, if your bad has fat on it, does taking whey protein block the burning of that fat since you are getting new protein to help build muscle? basically,s hould i not take whey protein until i burn off the excess fat??

  1. protein does not get turned into fat. it will just be flushed out.

    taking whey protein will speed up the fat burning process aka metabolism if ur doing wweightlifting or toning exercises to help keep ur muscle mass and / or increase them.

    i take it for breakfast, but u still need a little bread for some sugars and fiber to get u started off. oatmeal with 4-5 raisins is good.

    whey protein will not block the burning of ur fat. fat never never turns into muscle. muscle building is seperate from losing fat.

    u need half ur weight in pounds. if ur 150 pounds, u need 75 grams of protein. if ur a serious athlete, ull need at least 85 grams.

    fat does not turn into muscle. they are different things.

    u can have muscles and still have fat overlap ur body.
    u can be thin and also have muscles. be thin by having a good, healthy diet and cardio exercises.

  2. i wouldn’t take whey protien until i have burned off acess fat if you’re trying to burn muscle. But you can take amina acid’s and protien shakes while you work out to build muscle. fat turn’s into muscle if you work out . You work out and break your muscle’s down then drink the protien shakes . the protien goe’s directly to the muscle therefore causeing result’s you want.
